San Jose Welcomes the First Annual Arlen Ness Bike Show

SAN JOSE, CA. - January 25, 2007—The San Jose Convention & Visitors Bureau and Team San Jose welcomes the 1st Annual Arlen Ness Bike Show and Parts Extravaganza to the San Jose McEnery Convention Center this weekend, January 27-28.

An estimated 20,000 attendees will be in for a ride of their life as legendary custom bike builder Arlen Ness hosts the first ever San Jose bike show. Meet celebrity custom builders including Arlen and Cory Ness, Donnie Smith and celebrity custom seat maker Danny Gray and discover 200 show bikes from around the world competing in forty-two classes from vintage, Asian/European to full custom. The show will also include a Pro Class with a $1,000 award for first place. Bike show vendors on display include Corbin, Custom Chrome, and custom boot maker Tony Murga.

Attendees will also enjoy a one of a kind swap meet to purchase hard to find custom parts for a dream bike of your own. Catch a glimpse of two Bonneville Salt Flat steemline motorcycles and a one of a kind Hulkster bike on display. Local celebrity custom builder Arlen Ness will be available for autographs and will be showing his own masterpieces. This event is not to be missed!

The San Jose McEnery Convention Center is located at 408 Almaden Avenue in San Jose and features no hassle parking, direct public transit routes and close freeway access. No advance purchase necessary, tickets will be sold onsite. Ticket prices include $15 for Adults and $5 for Children.
